鞘脂在介导内质网应激反应中的作用综述

摘 要:
鞘脂不仅是生物膜的重要成分, 也是重要的生物活性分子, 参与多种信号转导途径, 在动植物和酵母的生长过程中发挥着重要作用。内质网是细胞内负责蛋白合成、折叠、修饰和转运的细胞器, 错误折叠或未折叠蛋白聚集内质网腔内会引发内质网应激反应。近年来, 研究发现在动物和酵母中, 鞘脂对内质网应激反应具有调节作用。然而在植物中, 鞘脂与内质网应激反应的关系还不清楚。确定植物鞘脂与内质网应激反应之间的作用关系, 将极大推动鞘脂在植物抗性反应中的功能研究。本文综述了鞘脂的代谢调控以及鞘脂在内质网应激反应中的研究现状和进展。

Abstract:
Sphingolipids are structural components of membrane and also act as intracellular second messengers which play critical roles in cell signal transduction. Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is an organelle responsible for protein synthesis, folding, modifcation and transporting. The accumulation of misfolded or unfolded proteins in ER could induce ER stress response. In recent years, it has been found that sphingolipids can regulate ER stress response in animals and yeast. However, the relationship between sphingolipids and ER stress response in plants is unclear. Determining the function of plant sphingolipids in ER stress response would greatly promote the study of sphingolipids in plant resistance. This paper reviews
the research progress of sphingolipids in ER stress response.
